Easy Christmas Bakes (or no-bakes!)

The holidays are upon us and that means stuffing ourselves with lovely food.  You can do as some of my relatives do (ahem) and buy home baked food and pass it off as your own or you can try some of these easy recipes.  Some don’t even require an oven!

Easy Christmas Bakes (or not..)No-Bake Mocha Biscuit Cake

I made this one the other day and it was super easy and tasted absolutely fab.  I was so lazy I didn’t even properly crush the biscuits (see above, and, who cares if it isn’t perfect) and I just used a microwave to melt the ingredients for step 3.  Easy.  Lovely.  Amazing.
