Stewed Rhubarb

- 3 cups chopped rhubarb
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 cup strawberries
- Combine the chopped rhubarb, sugar and splash of water.
- Mix over medium-high heat until the sugar has dissolved.
- Lower heat to medium and stir occasionally for 10 minutes.
- Add strawberries and cook for an additional 5 minutes of until the desired consistency is met.
- Have a little taste and if you want, add a bit more sugar.
