Maple Syrup - Mustard Marinade

- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 chicken breasts
- Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.
- Eyeball the mustards and maple syrup into a small bowl. It doesn't have to be perfect. Mix.
- Place chicken breasts on baking sheet and brush with marinade.
- Cook for about 35 minutes or until chicken is done. No one likes salmonella.
