Maple Syrup - Mustard Marinade
This easy marinade would also be great on pork. Feel free to swap the maple syrup with honey.
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 chicken breasts
  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Eyeball the mustards and maple syrup into a small bowl. It doesn't have to be perfect. Mix.
  3. Place chicken breasts on baking sheet and brush with marinade.
  4. Cook for about 35 minutes or until chicken is done. No one likes salmonella.
