Easy Nut Fudge

Ingredients
  • 1 pound (455g) chopped milk chocolate (I used chocolate chips for ease)
  • ½ cup (72g) nuts (I used whole almonds)
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 14-ounce (425ml) can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
  1. Line a 7" square baking pan with parchment paper (mine was 7.75" and it was fine)
  2. Put chocolate into microwave safe bowl and microwave stirring every 30 seconds until only a few chunks remain.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until incorporated.
  4. Spread mixture into lined pan and allow mixture to firm before cutting (I stuck mine in the fridge)
