Ingredients
  • 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate chopped into pieces
  • 1½ cups whole milk
  • 1 cup 35% cream
  • 2 tbsp sugr
  • 2 tsp corn starch
Instructions
  1. Add chocolate and around ¼ cup of the milk to a small saucepan.
  2. Melt the chocolate over low heat stirring the whole time.
  3. Once all the chocolate is melted, whisk in the remaining milk and cream.
  4. Add the sugar and cornstarch
  5. Continue to whisk over low heat until chocolate has thickened to desired consistency. It should coat the back of the spoon. This will take around ten minutes or so.
