When I was with my friends up north a couple weekends ago my friend Amber taught me a trick she learnt from a friend in Australia where she lives. To get perfectly portioned mangos cut lengthwise as close to the nut as possible to get two halves. Put a glass on the counter. Take your mango and slide the glass in between the peel and the mango flesh. Push down sliding the glass between the skin and fruit until it’s completely pulled away and you have a perfectly smooth mango half!
