There’s a new pop up restaurant at Cosmos! JarBar will be open every Thursday from 9pm – 1am, Friday and Saturday from 9pm – 3am for the foreseeable future.

I know it’s that time of year and we’re mourning summertime, but I can guarantee you that this #HauteComfortCuisine will make you feel like you’re in the Islands. Their Maple Jerk Wings accompanied with Pineapple Chow named ‘Choe Bella’ is ‘#aftertaste on your palette kinda delicious.’ Their Chili and cornbread a delightful take on mama’s homemade chili and biscuits. The Oriental Sundae a perfect fusion of herbs, juicy chicken paired with the Trinidadian staple- Bok Choy. And last but not least dessert, the Coconut Jello will leave you asking yourself why you’ve never had this before. There will be a carnival fete in your mouth for every bite eaten. I highly recommend Traiteur Jar Bar Catering’s Caribbean/Canadian fusion. I am officially a #JarBarAddict ☆☆☆☆☆
