So, I mostly wanted to write a post on this for the above amazing photo of Heston Blumenthal in construction garb with his hand weirdly held aloft in mid air. I thought it was pretty amazing.
So people, if you don’t get to hit up Dinner or The Fat Duck while you are off galavanting in London, you have one last chance at Terminal 2 in June 2014 with Heston’s new and as of yet unnamed restaurant.
Wouldn’t it be amazing if Martin Picard or the Joe Beef boy’s replaced that horrible Moe’s at the Montreal Airport with one of their restaurants? What do you say? Should we start a petition?

I guess we should consider ourselves lucky that we at least have a St-Viateur bagel shop at the airport, but I think the markup is pretty high, so no 50 cent bagels 🙁

So, I didn’t realize we had this – my husband said it’s in the US departures area? I’ll have to check it out next time I fly to the US……. whenever that is!
